Shipping, Refund & Cancelation policy


Disclose how the service/product will reach your customers and should have the following statements:

Item orders:

  • Items ordered will be shipped by courier service
  • Delivery is within the United Arab Emirates
  • The expected time of arrival of the shipped items will be specified at the time of checkout
  • Delivery Charge is specified per product at the time of checkout

Refund Policy

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged, defective or wrong product has been sent. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you a replacement or refund the payment to the original mode of Payment.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their locker booking order within 24 hours; 100% refund will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

In the event that booking has already commenced, the customer will be billed for the portion of the booking used to the nearest day (i.e. if 3 hours were used, the customer will be billed for 24 hours) at the applicable daily, weekly, monthly or yearly rate and the remaining unused amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment

Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
